Sophia is a 2016 Moto Guzzi Norge GT 8V — an Italian sport-tourer with 1200cc of transverse V-twin torque, shaft drive, and real long-haul comfort. She's not the fastest bike in the parking lot, but she'll happily eat 300-mile days on the Gorge, Coast, or Cascades and look distinctive doing it. Owned for about 2 years, added roughly 4,000 miles under my care, all service done at Optimum Performance in Portland (full records on request). Recent work includes valve adjustment, spark plugs, throttle cables, and fresh fluids top to bottom. Stock aside from a GIVI top case added to the factory locking side cases — plenty of luggage for weekend trips. Ride her if you're curious what a Guzzi feels like. You'll get it in about ten miles.
