This is a thoughtfully built Forty-Eight that rides exactly how it looks: direct, responsive, and unapologetically analog. What's been done: Two Brothers 2-into-1 exhaust — better airflow, cleaner power delivery, and a tone that's aggressive without being obnoxious Roland Sands Clarity air cleaner — pairs with the exhaust for smoother throttle response Harley performance tune — dialed in to match the intake and exhaust (and if you guys rent it enough, I'll add an autotune so it adapts on the fly) Progressive front suspension — more controlled under hard braking, less dive Legend rear coils (+0.5") — extra cornering clearance so you're not dragging pegs at reasonable lean angles Metzeler Cruisetec tires — confidence in the wet, grip when it matters DNA Rize black lightweight alloy wheels (front & rear) — shaved unsprung weight means sharper turn-in and better feedback through the bars Drag bar — puts you in a natural, slightly forward position Upgraded LED lighting (front, rear, blinkers) — actually visible to distracted drivers Black no-logo tank — clean, no branding Alarm system — because Austin (Quick note: Photos don't show the new wheels yet — they were just installed.) Built with Cuzn Bob Motorcycles in Arkansas. Maintained by Southern Metal Choppers here in Austin. What it rides like: No ABS. No traction control. Just you, the throttle, and the road. It's not a beginner bike, but if you know how to manage power and weight in the curves, it's a blast. Honest feedback through the bars. Rewards smooth inputs. Punishes laziness exactly once. If you're still building your skills, this probably isn't the bike to learn on. If you already know what you're doing, you'll have a great time. On pricing: The rate reflects the new wheels, the tuning work, and the reality of insuring a custom build. It's fair for what it is. A note from me: I built this bike to be ridden, not stored. Treat her with the same respect you'd want for your own machine, and she'll give you a memorable few days.
