Steven was super accommodating he put on the backrest with rack for me as well as a phone mount he even offered gear to borrow awesome stress free check out and check in was even awesome about pushing back pick up 30 minutes due to hotel problems with check in. Bike ran great and was clean and in good condition. Had a great trip and highly recommend renting from him. THANKS 💯
