Arrived at Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson and met Chris who had all the paperwork and RG 3 ready to go. After a review of the bike and inputting our route in the navigation system, we were off in short time. Rode the Cherahala Skyway, Tail of the Dragon , and the Foothill Parkway before returning to the dealership . Met Chris again, who checked out the Bike and finished the paperwork. The only downside was the seat for the passenger was uncomfortable, but it is a stock seat so what should you expect. For riders who have experience riding a trike, it handled very well and had good low end torque, which was great on the route that we took. Overall , a great experience working with Chris, Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson, and Twisted Road. I would definitely book a rental from them again.

Great store and the Shed is the best!

Rented for the first time. Harley Dealership and motorcycle were great. Advertised as 40% or first day free on first rent. It was advertised as $99. per day. Rented one day and was charged over $230. Can't seem to reach or talk with a person.
