New rider looking for something light and easy? Got that 90s small sport nostalgia? Don't want to panic about dropping it the whole time? Look no further. Spirit is my beloved Ninja EX250, "everyone's favorite starter bike". The 250 is a great entry point for newbies (despite what the internet might have you think, you don't need a 650!), and can be a ton of flickable fun for experienced riders too. 29 inch seat height is great for the vertically challenged like me. 5 gallon tank and pretty dang good mileage for how old she is. Fastest I've gone is the speed limit, but rumor has it you can get up to 90 or so. This bike is FUN in the twisties, and besides being a little clunky on the throttle, it's extremely forgiving of mistakes and basically rides itself. It's far from perfect and has the battle scars to prove it, but the engine is a solid runner, especially after a valve adjustment and some TLC. I've only had one drop (wet leaves got me), but there have been several others by previous owners. Good news for you, because I'm not that worried about minor damage or low speed drops!
