I had a very negative experience with this bike specifically and the Twisted Road platform overall. The Triumph's rear view mirrors were broken and completely inoperable. One fell off when I first adjusted it and the second pointed down the entire time and was unable to be adjusted. This put my life at risk while riding through the mountains of New Mexico. I expressed my extreme frustration and concern with the owner and Twisted Road customer service. The response was to charge me $400 for rear view mirrors that cost $50 total. This was the owners fault for not properly testing the bike before renting. This bike was not road legal given the faulty rear view mirrors. This could have caused a major accident and poised a significant risk to my safety. I was on the expressway for multiple hours with no ability to see behind me or passing cars to my side. I will be filing a formal complaint and seeking a full refund beyond the damage fee given this was a faulty motorcycle and put my safety at risk.
