The bike was in excellent shape and clean when I picked it up. Very well maintained.

Matthew was great, and went above and beyond. He was very accommodating, and helped with transportation before/after taking the rental. Would highly recommend to other renters.

Couldnt say enough Matt was very courteous and very friendly. The bike is very well maintained. I was visiting Montana and I never drive a BMW as I am a Hatley owner. This bike not only looked brand new but was a beautiful smooth ride. very soft sound to it. Felt like I was George Jetson it was that smooth. If in the area again which is probably next year. Awesome to deal with

This bike was an absolute joy to ride. It was extremely well maintained. It was mint. Everything worked flawlessly. I rode non stop for 2 days in pure comfort with my wife. She was very cozy and felt secure. The bike has plenty of features I thought I would not use but I did and loved them. What a wonderful and smooth machine. The owner dropped it off and picked it up on time and took the time to brief me on every little feature the bike has to offer. The storage was roomy. He provided good helmets for us and some other emergency gear for the bike. Thank you for the awesome experience Matt!
