First off, Twisted Road and their support staff saved my motorcycle vacation when my original rental (from another site) fell through the day before I arrived in MS from MA! A quick shout out to Malia who helped get the booking processed. The android directions to upload your drivers license was outdated and confusing. Android users need to allow Twisted road website access in the web browser settings NOT the phone (I used Chrome). Select allow im android 14 did nothing. Now on to my renter Michael. He was an amazing guy to rent from! I was getting a lot of wind buffeting due to my height (6'2") and he swapped out the windscreen for me! I really can't say enough about the great experience I had when it looked like I would be driving a rental car all week! Don't hesitate to use Twisted Road or Michael in the future. Michael plans to add other motorcycles for rent and I already told him I would be back again next fall to rent again. If tech support needs more detailed instructions for license berification upload for Android users please feel free to reach out to me!

Oops, I left my excellent Review for Michael in my previous post of the Motorcycle which was a Suzuki SV650. Again both the bike and Michael were fantastic. I can't say enough about how flexible and accommodating he was! Don't hesitate to rent from him.
