I respect a person’s desire to be “contactless”, but there was no personal, face to face meeting with Owner. Therefore, we could not jointly inspect the motorcycle. Perhaps running out of gas 25 miles into the rental could have been avoided. Motorcycle was in excellent condition with no issues at all. I would rent again if there could be better contact/communication when picking up bike.
