Originally looking for a goldwing, my curiosity got the best of me and now I've been riding this bike for about 2 years and over 10,000 miles. Probably one of the smoothest rides you can imagine, it's like riding a couch with a rocket on the back. Much more nimble handling than you would expect as well. She loves to be ridden hard and long, have done multiple trips over 1,000 miles with zero troubles at all. These engines are well known for their power and reliability. She's stinky and not very fuel efficient, but I'm not sure anyone looking to ride this muscle cruiser wanted anything different. What you will get is a bike with a completely unique sound that screams like a norse diety and an engine you can balance a quarter on while it's running. The biggest trouble you'll run into is being stopped and asked about it pretty often :) I am posting because I don't have the heart to sell her and I have three motorcycles at the moment, the other two of which I ride more often. I rotate all my bikes so they all get attention, this Valkyrie does not take winters off. Windshield is pretty easily removable of desired. I also have a 40-60L Rhinowalk luggage bag (expandable) that can attach to either the passenger seat or the rack on the back of that. All rubber on this machine is new: rebuilt carbs, rebuilt slave cylinder, rebuilt clutch master cylinder, tires, suspension bushings, fuel lines, etc. No leaks, always up on oil changes, fluids, pads, tires and the like.
