These apply to all rentals and are effective immediately. 🔐 Required Coverage & Liability Damage Waiver: $55.00 per day (mandatory) Damage Deductible: $2,500.00 A $500 deposit is due at pickup and applied toward this deductible in the event of any damage Theft Liability: Up to $5,000.00 Important: Collision and theft insurance are not included Renters are financially responsible for: All damages up to $2,500 Theft or loss up to $5,000 Additional costs beyond these limits in cases of negligence or contract violation Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle (no fee) Visa / MasterCard (4.5% service fee applies to all credit or debit card payments) 📆 Scheduling Surcharges Sunday & Monday Pickups/Returns: 2024: $35 (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) 2025 onward: $50. Holiday Season (Nov–Jan): $65 After-Hours Pickup/Drop-Off: $50/hour for arrivals or returns outside regular business hours or past scheduled time. Fee is non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled. Late-Night Return (Residential Offsite): $100 flat fee. Must be scheduled in advance. 🎉 Holiday Pickup Policy Pickup window: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM only $65 holiday fee applies on: July 4–5, 2025 November 28, 2025 December 23, 2025 – January 1, 2026 🕒 Business Hours Open: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Closed: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (lunch break) Morning returns must be completed by 11:30 AM. Late returns without prior notice may result in a full additional rental day charge. ✈️ Flight Delay Policy Rental periods begin at the time reserved, regardless of travel delays.
