Bike was in great condition and ready to go for our ride. It was obvious all services were up to date and everything worked as it should. The fuel tank was mostly full when we collected the bikes. I didn’t mind but I also found that it made it a little more difficult to get a feel for the range on a full tank.

Daniel was very friendly and helpful. When we picked up the bikes he did a great job of going through the bikes and answering any questions we had. We didn’t have any issues during the trip so we did not have to reach out for any assistance but I firmly believe Daniel would have been very attentive if we had.
